Community Art Project: Origami Whale Curtain In-Person
Level up by giving back! As a coastal state, it’s especially important to protect our oceans and the life within them. Stop by the Library on Tuesdays during the month of July to make and decorate an origami whale, which will be displayed in Perrot’s very own origami whale curtain. We can’t wait to see your contributions!
This project is inspired by the work of surfer and activist Peggy Oki. Learn more at: https://www.origamiwhalesproject.org/
For children and families of all ages. Registration strongly encouraged-- spaces are limited. Please reserve a spot for each person who will be attending, both adults and children. You can sign up for as many or as few sessions as you'd like.
