Radcliffe Memorial Concert In-Person
The Greenwich Symphony's Trio Carousel comes to Perrot for the Second Annual Radcliffe Memorial Concert on Sunday, March 30, at 2 pm. The concert will take place on the "green" (the carpeted central area in our Youth Services Department). This is a family concert for adults and children in kindergarten through 3rd grade. All children must be accompanied by an adult. The performance will run for 50 minutes.
Join us for a magical experience where children bring music to life through art! In this interactive family concert, young audiences will explore music from around the globe and express their emotions by creating artwork inspired by the melodies and rhythms they hear.
The program will also feature Mary Newcomb, founder of Mingled Arts. Mary Newcomb is an award-winning artist who lives in southern Connecticut and is a native of Seattle, Wash. She is a Fellow of The Bau Institute, Otranto, Italy. Her art is in corporate and private collections across the United States. Mary is also a teaching artist with over 10 years experience. She was accepted into the 2015 Arts and Passion Driven Learning Institute at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. For more information on Mary, visit her website.
