Blood Pressure 101: Know Your Numbers In-Person

May is National High Blood Pressure Education Month. Join registered nurse Marybeth Vergas, RN, for an informative talk on blood pressure, what the numbers mean, why they matter, and how to manage and prevent high blood pressure through everyday habits on Wednesday, May 6, at 7 pm in our Program Room, Youth Services Department, Radcliffe Building. The lecture will conclude with complimentary blood pressure screenings for attendees.
