We are excited to welcome Mary Himes as a new instructor at Perrot Library! Mary will teach a two-hour class on “The Art of Gel Printmaking,” on Thursday, July 18, from 1-3 pm in the Program Room, Radcliffe Building.

Come explore the fun and freedom of gel plate printmaking. you’ll be amazed at how this simple printmaking process wakes up the creativity within– like a mini vacation. We’ll use stencils, book pages and recyclables to create unique prints that can be framed or used as thank you notes. No experience necessary. All materials provided. All students should wear old clothing. Maximum group size 8 people.

Mary Scott Himes has recently returned to her art practice after years working in the home design magazine and non-profit worlds.
