"A Christmas Carol," by Charles Dickens In-Person

We have a special event coming in December! Join us for a live reading of Charles Dickens' classic, A Christmas Carol, read by Greg Porretta, on Sunday, December 8, at 2 pm on the "green" (the green carpeted area in our Youth Services Department), Radcliffe Building, Perrot Memorial Library. This event is cosponsored by Perrot Library and the Westport Museum for History & Culture.

Greg Porretta is an accomplished storyteller, performer, and media producer with a rich artistic background spanning multiple disciplines. A graduate of the Juilliard School in Drama and a trained visual artist, Greg is deeply engaged in his community and passionate about creating stories that reflect our shared human experience.

He has held leadership roles and produced award-winning media content for a variety of high-profile organizations, including Amazon, NBC, and Harvard Business School. As a performer, Greg has appeared on stages nationwide and in a variety of television programs.

As the Board Chairman of the Westport Museum for History & Culture and a dedicated supporter of its work and mission, Greg is thrilled to have been invited to partner with the Perrot Library for this special event and is looking forward to future collaborations.
